  • Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric Powder 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Salt some To Taste
  • Lemon Juice 50 Milliliters(of 2 lemons)
  • Chicken 1 Kilograms
  • Coconut Oil 2 Cups
  • Coconut pieces 1 Cups
  • Onions(Sliced) 4 Nos
  • Ginger 2 Teaspoons(chopped finely)
  • Garlic 2 Teaspoons(chopped finely)
  • Kashmiri chilly powder 1 & 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Tomato sauce 1 Teaspoons
  • Garam Masala 1/2 Teaspoons
  • Crushed Black pepper 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chillies 15 Nos(Slitted lengthwise)
  • Coriander Leaves 1 sprigs


clean the chicken pieces well.

Mix 1 tsp chilly powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,salt and lemon juice and make it like a paste.

Marinate the chicken pieces in this mix and keep it aside for 2 hours.

Heat coconut oil in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside.

In the same oil, add the coconut pieces,chopped onions,chopped ginger and chopped garlics and saute them well.

To this mix,add kashmiri chilly powder,coriander powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt.

Saute until the natural aroma is cleared.

Add the fried chicken pieces to the mix and add tomato sauce,garam masala and crushed black peppers to this,stir until the masala is well coated and switch off the flame when done.

Now drop the slitted green chillies and the coriander leaves to the mix.

Cover the lid for some time. An authentic smell will be kicked in now.,

Our dish is ready.
